A student film completed at UTS alongside Tess Chung. In the shared bedroom between sisters Jay (11 - and a half!) and 16 year-old Meesh, Jay is in an online queue for the rare edition of Cupcake Charlie - the ugly figurine they have developed a borderline-unhealthy obsession with. Unceremoniously announcing that Jay’s screen time is up, Meesh yanks Jay’s tablet away, causing Jay to devastatingly lose their place in the queue. With Reddit on their side, Jay performs a summoning ritual, sacrificing their sister for the more important figurine. Meesh, now trapped inside Jay’s computer, is deeply unimpressed. Jay consults Reddit for the reverse ritual.
