About Me

 

Kirra Shay is an animator and storyboard artist based in Sydney. She prioritises nuanced stories, often addressing difficult topics with a sense of humour and whimsy.

She is the co-Founder of Four-Legged Fish Studios, alongside Tess Chung,  Fletcher Johnson and Amy Redden. The collective recently produced the animated music video for 'Bear & Bee' (2025) by Stiff Gins. ​
